Intuition is my guiding force. 

My life of grappling with the pain of loneliness was my muse for creating Revive. After many searches for my people, ongoing healing and growth work, and eventually learning to honor and trust my intuition, I connected with my purpose: to create spaces for people like you, like me, who are seeking real, authentic and soulful connection.

In addition to my community building efforts, I am a Licensed Therapist and Intuitive Energy Healer in Falmouth, Maine. At my healing practices, Let it Shine, LLC and Shine On, LLC I work with people who are ready to heal deep-rooted trauma and shed energy and beliefs holding them back so they can truly step into their authentic power and live their purpose.

My passion is people. I love supporting others to reclaim their sense of self-worth, live their purpose, and feel a deep sense of belonging both at Revive and beyond.

My training is expansive across disciplines including therapy, intuitive energy healing, and shamanic studies, and I customize my healing approach intentionally to honor each individual and each group’s unique needs.

I'm raising two precious old souls, my son David and daughter Annie, who are a few of the earliest supporters of my Revive vision. When I'm not dreaming up new gatherings, I love embracing the clarity of early mornings, running, and solitude. My favorite thing of all is a deep and intimate conversation.

As a child I never felt free to be ME. I held myself in, dimmed my light, and tried to hide in the shadows. 

I continued living this way well into adulthood.

Covid long haul led to dedication to my spiritual journey and growth.

Through the painful yet beautiful process of unraveling who I was not, I found who I am and connected with my purpose.

Out of the shadows and into the light. Little Julia is on this mission with me.

Revive is my gift to her. The precious little girl who felt she needed to hide is now free. Revive is my gift to YOU.
